What made me decide to write this blog? To be honest….. I’m not really sure. It just suddenly seemed a good idea. Going through a lot of things all at once, having so much going on… maybe writing it down will pass time and make things easier.

I have two young children and have recently moved out and separated from my wife. I can start this blog by simply saying that even though it is tough, I do not regret it at all. Do I still love her…..yes….. but are we better apart….. yes….. and if I am honest I am a better dad outside of the relationship.

I will post all sorts from thoughts on separating and what it is like, honest opinions of myself and what i am going through to health and fitness and sport.

I apologise if I ramble on or don’t make sense but this will be honest, blunt and open.
